Hebron is a small, rural community located in southern Porter County, Indiana. The town is home to about 4,000 residents. The town features a handful of small shops and service related businesses.
Most residents work outside of the town in one of the nearby larger cities. These include Valparaiso, Portage, Chesterton, or Crown Point. The town is located about 65 miles south, southeast of Chicago.
The town has its own elementary, middle, and high school. The Hebron High School mascot is the Hawks.
